Four decades have passed since then, but they have always remained true to their principles of freshness, quality and respect for their ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>As you\u2019d expect, their menu is full of delicacies from northwest Spain: octopus a feira, prepared the traditional Galician way; hake cocochas &#8211; a plump cut from under the hake\u2019s chin; oysters from the coastal town of Arcade; spider crab; turbot; the prized Galician delicacy of goose barnacles (percebes) and steak \u2013 Galicia is renowned for its beef. <strong>Whichever you choose, it will pair perfectly with a bottle of Martelo<\/strong>.
