Cookplay: redefining modern tableware
More freedom at meal times. That’s the challenge that industrial designer Ana Ronquero (Bilbao) set herself when creating Cookplay: Cookplay: a tableware brand that makes eating a more streamlined experience. Ana became inspired when observing how we eat (standing, sitting in front of a computer, lying down…) and what we eat. “There is a gastronomic revolution on the horizon. Our dining sets are designed for a way of eating that co-exists with other new trends, involving the arrival of new types of food, recipes, textures and flavours. We need tableware that adapts to this new reality”.

Bowls, dishes for serving ham, serving trays in gently-curving designs… all are part of the three collections (Jomon, Yayoi, Shell Line) that Cookplay has launched to date. Found on the tables of some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, they complement Martelo perfectly: a great excuse to organize a meal at home and give your guests a pleasant surprise.
